Woot! Color version of Mateus Palamecia in his Dark Emperor of Hell form! I think I did an even better job coloring him than I did with Chaos! (but Chaos's background is still WAY better)
Allow me to talk about the Dark Emperor for a minute. Mateus made a pact with Satan that gave him magical powers and the ability to raise an undead army to do his bidding. With it, he started to take over the world, and almost succeeded, but he was killed by the heroes.
AND THEEEEN...
Mateus KILLED Satan, usurped his throne, and TOOK OVER HELL!!! Take that, Kefka!!
Mateus was also the first villain to wipe out a kingdom by poisoning water, something KEFKA gets all the credit for.
Don't get me wrong, I still love Kefka.
